


Replenishing and Spleen Strengthening Soup
For those easily fatigued, have shortness of breath and poor appetite.
Suitable Constitution:
Milkvetch Root, Common Yam Rhizome, Coix Seed, Dried Tangerine Peel, Barbary Wolfberry Fruit, and Chinese Date.
Net weight: 117 g (±5%).
(1) Rinse the soup ingredients with clean water and put them into the pot.
(2) Add 2 taels of lean meat or chicken or 2 pieces of fish, 6 bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 2 hours.
(3) Add salt to taste. Servings for 2 to 3 people.
Keep in sealed storage. Store in a cool and dry place.
Pregnant women, children, and those with a cold or fever should temporarily cease consumption.
