BUCM is committed to providing you with high-quality wellness products. You can easily make a purchase by following a few simple steps.
1. Log in to your account. If you don't have an account, please register as soon as possible.
2. On the product page, first select the wellness product you wish to purchase, along with the desired quantity. Then, click on "Add to Cart".
3. On the shopping cart page, adjust the quantity as needed. Proceed to the checkout page to select the delivery method (Delivery or Self pick-up); Fill in your delivery information and contact numbers.
4. Please choose the shipping method on the checkout page. If you select the delivery option, please provide a valid delivery address and phone number for easy delivery within Hong Kong by SF Express. If you choose the self-pickup option, please select the designated HKBU Chinese Medicine Clinic for pickup, and also provide the billing address. (Delivery service and self-pickup are only available within Hong Kong.) Lastly, please enter any discount code (if applicable) and select the payment method for completing the payment.
5. On the payment page, you can choose to pay with a credit card or e-wallet.
6. After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
7. You may log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.
Delivery (We only provide delivery service within Hong Kong.) :
- After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Good will be delivered to the provided delivery address.
- Shipping fee is to be paid by the customer (to be paid together with the payment).
Self pick-up:
- When the goods arrive at the designated clinic, you will receive an email notification.
- Present the order email to pick up the goods at the designated clinic.
Note: Not applicable for the purchase of Tianjiu Treatment.
